Enrolment

Having arrived in Berlin please visit us during office hours to start the enrolment process. You will find our offices in rooms H39/40 (ERASMUS) and H41b (Overseas).
Here's what we need:

  • Print-Out of your online enrolment form
    (we will provide the link to it shortly before the semster starts!)
  • Payment receipt covering the student social fund contribution and the  semester ticket fee. This is not a tuition fee!
    For summer semester 2015: € 245,57
  • Proof of health insurance
    a) ERASMUS students: copy of your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) 
    b) With private health insurance: waiver of statutory health insurance (Befreiung) issued by one of the statutory health insurance companies.
    c)Without health insurance or insufficient travel insurance: Get statutory or private health insurance in Berlin
  • Copy of your passport and visa/residence permit
  • If Graduate Student: Copy of your bachelor’s degree
  • If Dual Degree Student: Recent Transcript

Note! Should you stay longer than one semester you will have to re-register for the following semester and also pay the next semester contribution. For that purpose you will receive a letter called “Rückmeldeaufforderung” from the enrolment office (Campus Center). So should you move after your enrolment, please inform the Campus Center immediately about your new address!

Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
(ERASMUS and Overseas)
and 2 pm - 4 pm
(Only ERASMUS)
