Application Forms ERASMUS/European Students

  • Language Certificate* for attending courses:

    • German proficiency certificate on A2 level or higher when applying.
    • Additionally a certificate of B1 level or higher has to be provided before the semester starts. For this purpose the ZEMS offers pre-semester German intensive courses on B1 level and higher. You have to pass at least A2 to participate.
    • English proficiency certificate on B2 level if you will attend a field of study offered in English (e.g. in the departments of Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences, Economics, etc.).

  • Language Certificate* for working on a thesis
    (no course attendance):

    • English or German proficiency certificate on B2 level or higher.

  • Language Certifcate* for special international programs (Alliance4Tech, St. Petersburg Technical University):

    • English proficiency certificate on B2 level or higher.

*About the language certificate:
  • We cannot accept language course registration confirmations! We have to receive a certificate issued after having passed an exam.
  • The deadline for the German language certificate is not later than the deadline for the other documents!
  • The certificate may not be older than 1 year (on A2 level) – three years in case of a higher level. Furthermore, it must be issued in either German or English.
  • Should you have to take an official test register with Onset

- Learning Agreement
- Language Proficiency Certificate (see above!)
- Nomination Deadlines:
  for winter semesters - April 30th
  for summer semesters - October 31st

- Application Deadlines:
  for winter semsters - June 1st                       
  for summer semesters - December 1st
